QA Tester (m/f/d)

Your mission

Join Us as a QA Tester and take ownership of quality engineering within our process to minimise bugs and deliver an exceptional user experience. This is a unique opportunity to directly contribute to creating real climate impact and shaping the future of regenerative agriculture. Your responsibilities:

Ensure product quality: Establish and drive QA processes, document and resolve bugs, and collaborate with developers to prevent recurring issues.
Elevate standards: Implement QA best practices, test features to ensure high quality, and maintain automated test suites and detailed test plans.
Collaborate and improve: Work with cross-functional teams to align on requirements, identify risks early, and enhance usability and performance.

ReactJS for our web client
NodeJS & Express for our API
Postgres for relational DB & Sequelize ORM
AWS and related services for our infrastructure
Atlassian software (Jira, BitBucket, etc)

Your profile

3+ years of manual testing on production web & mobile platforms.
1+ years of experience handling incident reports and engaging with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
Experience with API & data testing highly beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written skills, specifically in creating and writing incident reports.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and self-driven approach to work.
Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and enthusiasm for doing something positive.
Fluent in English.
You reside in Germany, ideally in Berlin and have the legal right to work in Germany.
