Your mission
We are seeking a new Senior Account Manager for Agriculture in Poland to drive sustainable progress in regenerative agriculture. In this role, you will leverage your project management expertise and deep connection to the agricultural industry to create meaningful impact. As part of a small founding team in a new market, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and building relationships. You’ll collaborate with farmers and stakeholders to implement practical, long-term solutions that address the unique challenges of the agricultural sector.

Your responsibilities:
- Strategise and Execute: Develop and implement effective strategies for building up the market from an agricultural perspective, the successful execution of your projects, ensuring progress and impact throughout the year.
- Support Insetting Projects: Take ownership and drive the execution of insetting projects within a new Klim market, helping to make their agricultural value chain more sustainable and reduce emissions.
- Engage Farmers: Build trust and inspire farmers to collaborate on these projects, encouraging a long-term, step-by-step adoption of regenerative practices.
- Ensure Project Success: Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and develop creative solutions to ensure goals are achieved.
- Build Partnerships: Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the agriculture sector to support Klim’s mission and expand its influence.
- Collaborate on Product Adaptation: Work closely with the global team to provide feedback and adapt Klim’s products and services to meet the specific needs of the market.
- Expand Industry Presence: Represent Klim at industry events to enhance the company’s visibility, network, and reputation in the agriculture sector.
