Your responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and driving sales growth.
- You will own the entire process from outreach to signed deals (and possibly beyond), managing large, complex deals throughout the full sales cycle.
- Client Relationship Management: You will develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that support their transition to regenerative agriculture.
- You will win accounts and grow revenue with new customers and within existing clients.
- Market Research and Analysis: You will conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in regenerative agriculture and climate action
- Strategic Planning: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our business goals and client needs.
- Performance Tracking: You will monitor and report on key account metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- You will represent Klim at industry events, broadening your network across industries.
