As a key driver of Klim’s growth, your mission is to forge and secure impactful B2B opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and build lasting relationships that amplify our impact in regenerative agriculture. This role goes beyond sales - it’s about creating meaningful collaborations with investors and partners, uncovering innovative solutions, and steering our strategic, holistic growth.
Please note that proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is a requirement for this role.• Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue global B2B opportunities, driving sales growth and joint cooperations with strategic partnerships that scale Klim’s impact faster.
• Account Ownership: Manage the entire sales process of strategic partnerships, from outreach to closing complex, long-term deals, ensuring consistent growth and alignment with company goals.
• Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring their satisfaction, understanding their needs, and growing revenue with both new and existing partners.
• Market Expansion: Support Klim’s growth into new markets by identifying and developing business opportunities, product expansions, and strategic partnerships.
• Industry Engagement: Represent Klim at industry events, strengthening our presence in sustainability, carbon, and agricultural networks.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to align on strategic plans that deliver client value and support business goals.
• Market Insights: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities in regenerative agriculture.
