• Proven Experience: At least 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer or in a closely related role, with hands-on experience managing infrastructure in a startup environment.
• AWS Expertise: Extensive experience (5+ years) with AWS cloud services, infrastructure design, and optimisation.
• Strong Tech Background: Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, along with experience in microservices, SOA, containerisation, and orchestration technologies.
• Ownership & Initiative: Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of DevOps, from strategy to execution, in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
• Startup Experience: Prior experience in startups or similar fast-paced environments, where adaptability and cross-functional collaboration are key.
• Agile Mindset: Deep understanding of agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and DevOps best practices.
• Impact-Driven: Passionate about sustainability, environmental impact, and contributing to a mission-driven organisation.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English.
• You reside in Germany, ideally in Berlin and have the legal right to work in Germany.
