Your mission
You are responsible for winning new international accounts to nurture and expand relationships with our most strategic clients. This role ensures their long-term success. This role demands a proactive approach to customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that support their transition to regenerative agriculture.
- Win accounts and grow revenue with new customers and within existing clients
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and driving sales growth in international markets.
- Own the entire process from outreach to signed deals (and possibly beyond)
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in regenerative agriculture.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our business goals and client needs.
- Find solutions for insetting customers along their supply chains
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key account metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
