• 8+ years of experience as an engineer in a production environment.
• 3+ years in a senior engineering leadership role such as Head of Engineering, Engineering Director, VP of Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years with a NodeJS, ReactJS & Typescript codebase.
• Hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, devops and CI/CD.
• Demonstrable experience in a startup with strong focus on big data, remote sensing, machine learning, or agritech.
• Strong record of developing deep-tech strategies, and supporting the development of product roadmaps.
• Strong experience in product-driven companies collaborating closely with product managers, UI designers and senior product representatives.
• Experience managing teams of 20+
• Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and enthusiasm for doing something positive
• Fluent English
